In March 2022, FHINCK, a Brazilian startup that uses artificial intelligence to optimize employee productivity, entered into a strategic partnership with Lingopass. The goal was clear: to improve the team’s communication skills, with a focus on learning English and Spanish. To that end, the initial contract included 29 Fluency program licenses and 40 placement tests, ensuring that each employee was assessed according to their proficiency level and received personalized development throughout the course.

Encouraged by the positive results, FHINCK renewed the contract in September 2023, expanding the benefit to offer the program at a discounted rate to employees and their dependents as well.

FHINCK’s language program has achieved remarkable results since its inception. With a total of 34 certificates awarded to 22 employees, participants logged 787 hours of study on the platform, demonstrating a strong commitment to language improvement. A total of 4,840 activities were completed, reflecting the employees’ consistent engagement throughout the course.

It is worth noting that 62% of participants completed at least one course, while 22% completed more than one. Among the standout participants, employee Verônica Cristina Bomfim Domiciano completed four courses, demonstrating exemplary dedication. The program also included more than 22 hours of live classes, enhancing the participants’ learning experience.

Satisfaction rates were extremely positive, with a CSAT of 90% and an NPS of 48, highlighting the program’s success in the eyes of employees. These results demonstrate FHINCK’s commitment to investing in the development of its team, empowering them to operate with confidence in an increasingly globalized market.
