Motul, known worldwide for its high-performance lubricants, entered into a strategic partnership with Lingopass on February 23, 2021. The goal was clear: to strengthen employees’ English communication skills and prepare them for global challenges. With a focus on excellence, Motul prioritized the ongoing training of 23 employees, ensuring that everyone was able to communicate effectively and professionally in a global environment.

Founded in 1853, Motul is a French company with a significant global presence, specializing in the development and distribution of high-performance lubricants for a wide range of engines, from two-wheeled vehicles and cars to heavy-duty vehicles and industrial applications through Motul Tech.

In addition, the company wanted a tool that would adapt to the team’s needs and create a learning environment that fostered communication and engagement. The goal was to improve employees’ language skills and ensure they were well prepared for global challenges.

AI-powered Placement Test: We assessed the English proficiency of the 23 employees to ensure that everyone started the training at the appropriate level.

Fluency licenses: We provide licenses for the English language program, which offers a personalized learning approach with content tailored
to the needs and challenges of each employee.

Live Spanish classes in a private group: Customized classes for a specific group of employees, ensuring a

a more focused and efficient learning experience.

MOTUL’s language program has shown steady progress throughout its implementation. With 23 employees enrolled in the program, more than 5 hours of study were logged on the platform, underscoring the company’s commitment to the ongoing development of language skills. In total, 115 activities were completed, reflecting the participants’ dedication throughout the process.

One of the prime examples of this progress was Bruno Gomes, who improved by 18% at the B2 level, demonstrating significant growth and a strong commitment to learning. These results underscore MOTUL’s efforts to equip its team to meet the challenges of an increasingly competitive global market.
