Who is Mathieu Lebègue?

Consultant at STOA Infra & Energy. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he arrived in Brazil seven years ago to work in the infrastructure project finance sector. In the upcoming election for Councillors of the French Abroad, which will take place at the end of May, Mathieu decided to present his candidacy for the benefit of the French community in São Paulo.
