This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the permitted and prohibited conduct when using the Lingopass Ecosystem and forms part of the Terms of Use. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to other measures.
1.1. This AUP applies to end users, customers, and any third parties who access the Services, and is intended to preserve the security, integrity, and lawful use of the Ecosystem.
2.1. You may not use the Services to: (i) engage in illegal or fraudulent acts; (ii) infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property and privacy rights; (iii) upload, distribute, or execute malicious code (such as viruses, ransomware, spyware, and similar programs); (iv) attempt to gain unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, or interfere with the operation of the Services; (v) collect third-party data without authorization; (vi) reproduce, share, or commercialize educational content without authorization.
3.1. It is prohibited to use AI features for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to extract training data, circumvent safeguards, or identify third parties. The use of AI must comply with the Artificial Intelligence Governance Policy.
4.1. The use of corporate email and automation platforms is subject to operational limits set by the IT department; unauthorized mass mailings, misleading or sensational content, and the use of unapproved tools are prohibited. All marketing communications include an opt-out mechanism.
5.1. Users must not share credentials, bypass authentication, or exploit vulnerabilities. Any suspected security breaches must be reported immediately to Lingopass.
6.1. The user is responsible for the content they post or transmit, ensuring that they hold the necessary rights and legal grounds and that such content does not violate this AUP or applicable law.
7.1. Lingopass may, depending on the severity of the situation, issue a warning, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and take appropriate legal action, while preserving consumer rights and providing due notice where applicable.
