Skills and Qualifications

Conduct classes and thematic sessions in accordance with the proposed academic calendar.
Teach online classes (individual and/or group) for different proficiency levels.
Apply the institution’s methodology, ensuring a communicative focus and active language practice.
Adapt teaching strategies to students' profiles, goals, and learning pace.
Review the teaching materials used in class and identify opportunities for improvement
Record reports on private and exclusive group lessons (attendance, material covered, performance, and relevant observations)
Grade assignments, tests, and assessments within the established deadline.
Provide detailed feedback focused on the student's development.
Administer oral placement tests in accordance with institutional guidelines.
Assess candidates' proficiency based on CEFR criteria.

Desirable

‍

Proven fluency in the language of the position (Spanish, English, French, Portuguese for non-native speakers, Italian, German, or Mandarin). Minimum C1 level (CEFR).
Degree in Language and Literature, Education, or a related field
Previous experience with online teaching.
Proficiency in digital tools and video conferencing platforms.
Ability to work with people of varying skill levels.
Knowledge of communicative and student-centered teaching methods.
Experience with administering placement tests (differentiated).
Expertise in artificial intelligence applied to education and language teaching (distinguishing feature).
