- Doubts about an exercise in which the collaborator is having difficulties understanding the statement or answering the questions;
- Doubts about a word, an expression, a sentence that he/she had difficulty understanding, even within context;
- Besides teaching the online conversation classes within the platform.

The deadline is 24 working hours to receive an answer.

Yes, they are! The Lingopass platform has a live, daily, organised schedule of classes. There are 30-minute meetings where your team can chat in the language of their choice with bilingual tutors.

The access time, with all the technical and pedagogical support that your team will need, is 12 months. This way, we are able to teach according to the routine and rhythm of each person!

Yes, students receive a certificate for each level completed on the Lingopass journey. This certificate is available digitally and can be included in their Linkedin profile.
